
Habeeb Okikiola, better known as Portable, a well-known singer in Nigeria, has urged his more established peers Burna Boy, Wizkid, and Davido to support up-and-coming musicians.
Timi Agbaje, a former actor turned street voxpop, had an interview with Portable, who urged his senior coworkers to support young musicians since they have potential.
Portable asked them to assist him as well, pleading with them to do so. He begged Davido to honor his word and support him in getting up. He prayed for the now father of three and anyone who was hoping for his demise.

Portable had previously discussed his motivations for getting into fights on social media.
Portable claimed that he gets into fights because he doesn’t want people to keep taking advantage of him and stealing his hard-earned money in an interview with actress Timi Agbaje, who also operates a street vox pop.
When Timi Agbaje questioned him about why he always engages in online combat, Portable reacted by asking, “dem don tear you before? Dem don rip me, Timi retorted. After that, the singer questioned, “As dem riP you, you no talk?” Timi said, “I no talk.” Finally, Portable said, “na he make dem dey rip you dey go ma soro (don’t talk!).”
